STAR Portal

The Student Transition Activities Record (STAR) Portal is a web-based referral portal. It allows school districts to refer any student with a disability from their district to VR for services. Students referred through the STAR Portal can receive Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) including:

Career Exploration Counseling
Work Readiness Training
Self-Advocacy Training
Postsecondary Educational Counseling
Work Based Learning Experiences
