Florida Rehabilitation Council
The Florida Rehabilitation Council (FRC) welcomes you to our website. The council’s primary purpose is to be a strategic partner with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR). Council members offer guidance and advocacy intended to improve vocational rehabilitation services; we often vote as a council to forward recommendations for VR consideration on important or emerging issues. We also provide input on the VR State and Strategic Plan along with evaluating customer satisfaction.
Part of our role is to ensure that feedback from individuals with disabilities is incorporated in our advocacy, and to this end, we hold public forums around the state in conjunction with our business meetings to provide an opportunity for public comment. We invite you to attend one of our forums or to participate by toll-free conference line. Our meetings are also open to the public. Please check our calendar for upcoming events. Your ideas and comments are appreciated.
