One of the ways that FRC responds to consumers who receive DVR services is by asking if they are satisfied with the services they receive. We conduct two customer satisfaction surveys that are done year round. Our Council contracts with Florida State University's Survey Research Laboratory College of Social Sciences to conduct two comprehensive surveys of the level of satisfaction. These current and closed Customer Satisfaction Surveys are nationally known and have been of interest to many other State Rehabilitation Councils. The Customer Satisfaction Results are shared with DVR each quarter. FRC lets the division know what consumers are saying about services so that DVR may plan and make improvements where needed.

Members review the Customer Satisfaction Survey results quarterly and annually, bringing their expertise and personal experiences to the table. Receiving reports from the DVR Office of Performance Measurements and from the DVR Office of Continuous Improvements allows members to compare and review statewide trends. Many different reports from other sources are also reviewed in order to gain a full perspective of vocational rehabilitative services throughout the state.
